NOMAD GIRLS

I just spent the most amazing week volunteering with 16 rescued Elephants. I have a whole page of pictures of them "Elephant Nature Park". There are other pictures of my time so far in Thailand in the "More Thailand" page. I am headed to Laos tomorrow for 10 days or so.

Right now I am here in Bangkok. Spent a few weeks in Singapore and Borneo. I am headed up to northern Thailand for a few weeks. I have put a few new pics on the pages titled "Singapore and Borneo" and "Thailand....so far"

Just over a week left here in New Zealand then off to Asia. New pics of our adventures are in the Sydney, Fiji and New Zealand pages. The other pages do not have pics as I had to remove them to make room for these new ones. Enjoy.......because I am!!!

We have finally updated the website.........the day before we leave Australia for Fiji and beyond! Lots of new pictures for you to check out. Cant believe that our 7 months here in Australia is over, before we know it we will be home again.

Well its been quite a while.....sorry!!! So much to see and do, so little time to sit and work on our website. The one day we did decide to work on it we had a major tragedy occur......we found that we had to delete our old pics (of Taiwan and some Malaysia) in order to create space for the new pics. We may be able to fix this so that ALL of our pics can be on here. For now there are only pics on the Malaysia-Cameron Highlands and Australia pics so check those ones out. We plan to get "up to date" on this soon, so be sure to keep checking back for new pics.

We have arrived in Brisbane/Gold Coast where we will be for the next 3 months working and playing hockey. The hockey here is AMAZING and we love playing GOOD hockey again!! We are staying with our old coach Carl and his family. Our van is parked on the front lawn ready to go whenever we are!! Our new address is (for the next 3 months):

We have lots of very exciting things to tell everyone about. We are the proud new owners of a 1981 Nissan Urvan Campervan. Its VW van style with a bed, stove, fridge etc in it. This will be our "home" for the rest of the time in Australia. We are soo excited about it and love it!! The driving on the "wrong" side of the road is a whole different story, not so excited about that! Hopefully we master that quickly and safely!! Last night was our fist night in our new "house". We got more or less moved in and then sat there in the campground drinking a few beers just admiring our van!!!!

We both have new hair styles! I have finally got a full head of dreads and Kelsey got her hair put in little braids. So now we are lookin good and driving in style......and broke!!! As soon as we can we will put pics of our new van and our new hair up on the site for everyone to check out. So be sure to check the site often. We will try to get up to date on the pics as soon as we can, but check out whats done so far. Off to make our first dinner in our new "house". --Chrissy
